Q: What time does the event start?
A: Gates will open at 5:30pm. The music will begin at 6pm and the music on the main stage begins at 7pm..

Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: The easiest way to get your tickets is to order online. Once you purchase your tickets you can print them right at home. If you order tickets over the phone your tickets will be mailed to you and you should have them within 3 days of placing your order. If you walk up to the box office you will get your tickets when your order is complete.

Q: Can I pick my own seats?
A: Yes you can! You can pick and purchase any available seat.

Q: Do I need to bring a chair?
A: No. The venue is reserved seating only.

Q: What if it rains?
A: The venue is rain or shine. You will be seated under a tent overlooking the Newport Harbor .

Q: Can I bring my dog, a cooler, my video camera, a camera?
A: No. Unfortunately, none of these items are allowed in the venue.

Q: When is will call open for me to pick up my tickets?
A: Will call is open during the box office hours; Sunday through Thursday - 10am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday – 10am to 7pm, Show Days – 10am to 9pm.

Q: Do you offer wheelchair accessible seats?
A: Yes. Please contact the box office by phone at (401) 846-1600 ext 2 to purchase a wheelchair accessible seat. Each wheelchair accessible seat has one companion seat immediately next to it which is also available for purchase.

Q: How many people does the venue hold?
A: The venue holds up to 1,800 people.

Q: What does “reserved seating” mean?
A: A “reserved seating” show means that when you purchase your ticket you will have an assigned seat. All seats as ensured until 8:00pm, which is approximately 1 hour after the main act has started.

Q: Is there food, beverages, or alcohol for sale at the event?
A: Yes.

Q: Where should we park?
A: Parking is available at The Mooring Restaurant, JT's lot located on Thames Street , or public parking located throughout downtown Newport . Please refer to parking map on website, www.gonewport.com
